Scott Kadien is an experienced trial attorney having tried dozens of jury trials as a defense attorney and a prosecutor. He has successfully tried all types of crimes ranging from DWI to Capital Murder. His extensive trial experience as an attorney and his 23 years as a police officer make him uniquely qualified to defend people charged with any type of crime in Arkansas. He served as an adjunct instructor in the State University of New York System where he taught Criminal Justice for 12 years. Scott has spent his entire life in the criminal justice system. During his police career he completed several specialized trainings that are helpful in defending clients such as a DWI standardized field sobriety test instructor, criminal investigations and forensic interviewer (see further list of trainings below). For seven years he also had a law practice in New York State, during which time he concentrated in Family Law and related matters. Scott has successfully represented hundreds of clients in all phases of divorce, custody, visitation and child support matters. He holds an MA in Criminal Justice, Boston University. He is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. He is admitted to the New York Bar and Arkansas Bar.

John is a fourth generation Arkansan that loves hunting, fishing, and most of all, the Arkansas Razorbacks. After graduating from the University of Arkansas in May of 2016, John decided to pursue his dream of becoming an attorney and enrolled at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock- Bowen School of Law. During his time in law school, John got his first taste in criminal defense while interning at the Pulaski County Public Defender’s Office. John received his J.D. in the Spring of 2019 and was licensed to practice law in the State of Arkansas that September. Since his admission to the bar, John has gained a wide range of experience in many areas of law including: domestic relations, civil practice, and probate. Since day one, John realized that his true passion lies in criminal defense and has focused his time on defending the rights of the accused. John is an experienced trial attorney having represented clients charged with a wide variety of crimes ranging from Capital Murder to misdemeanors. John has the knowledge, skill, and drive to fight for every client, no matter how serious or difficult the obstacles they are facing.
