Divorce

Divorce is the most common and usually first to come to mind under family law. Divorce falls under one of two categories: Contested or Uncontested.

An Uncontested Divorce is a Divorce where the parties are in agreement on all issues. Since the terms are not contested, this is a relatively painless process that can be done for a relatively small fee and can be resolved in as little as 30 days in Arkansas.

On the other hand, a Contested Divorce has the potential to become a long, daunting, and mentally exhausting experience for everyone involved. Divorce is a life changing event that carries with-it long-lasting implications impacting your finances, property, and even custody of your kids.
